We bought a house that Richard built in a gated, riverfront community, appreciating the craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the home. We brought him in recently to expand our outdoor living space with a built-in kitchen, patio and whirlpool. He worked very easily with the designer and the landscaper and he provided excellent input on many aspects of the project. The area is truly amazing. We used his web-based project management system that kept us mindful of the decisions that were needed and the project was finished in time for our baby’s arrival.
