We bought a custom home that Richard was building in a golf course development in West Knoxville. We came into the project early on and it was a very good building experience. We have enjoyed living in the house. Since moving in, we have had Beaver Home Builders remodel our breakfast room to include a fireplace and entertainment center. He has also built a screened in porch and finished a bedroom in our basement. With each project, he used excellent sub-contractors, and the work was done on time and within budget.
Richard is always accessible and his crew is reliable and knowledgeable. And after the big storm hit last spring, he was our first call.
